One of Liara's time capsules is then shown on an unknown world, and a recording of Captain Olivia Marcellus, Armory Chief for the SSV Normandy SR-2, girlfriend of Carmen Creed, and Admiral Hackett's esteemed daughter, explains that even though the people of her time failed in their struggle against the Reapers, those who find the capsule still have a chance to succeed.
